Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 September 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

Card Vault is operated by Drakopoulos N. Panagiotis Aias ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Card Vault, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What Card Vault is

Card Vault is a personal record-keeping tool for tracking a sports card collection — what you paid, what you sold cards for, and the resulting profit or loss. It is not financial or investment advice, and the figures it shows (cost, profit/loss, etc.) are only as accurate as the data you enter. We make no representation about the market value of any card, and any decisions you make about buying, selling, or grading cards are entirely your own.

3. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use Card Vault. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Use accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.

Card Vault is currently free to use. If we introduce a paid plan in the future, existing users will be told about it before any change affects them.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for anything illegal, or to store data you don't have the right to store
  • Attempt to access another user's account or data
  • Probe, scan, or attack the service's security, or attempt to disrupt it for other users
  • Scrape or systematically extract data from the service outside normal use

5. Your content

You own the data you enter into Card Vault. We store and process it solely to provide the service to you (see our Privacy Policy) — we don't claim any ownership over it, and we don't use it for any other purpose.

6. Service provided "as is"

Card Vault is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or any financial decision made based on figures shown in the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Greek or EU law.

7. Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Account page in the app. This is immediate and cannot be undone. We may also suspend or terminate an account that violates Section 4, with notice where reasonably possible.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Card Vault after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Card Vault falls under the jurisdiction of the Greek courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under EU law in your country of residence.
